Job summary

Red Dust Holdings (RDH) is seeking experienced Multi-skilled Mobile Plant Operators for Civil Construction across Regional Western Australia. You will operate excavators, dozers, loaders, graders and more on civil earthworks with FIFO/DIDO rosters and accommodation provided by RDH.

We require 3+ years of plant operation, a current HR license, RIIMP tickets or VOC readiness, safety focus, and the ability to work 2:1 rosters on regional WA projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operating experience.
• Experience operating a range of civil plant including Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, Graders, Skid Steers, Rollers, Scrapers, Articulated Dump Trucks and HR Watercarts.
• Experience operating the above machinery in a Civil Construction scope.
• Positive work attitude and great work ethic.
• Current HR driver’s license (minimum requirement).
• RIIMP Operating tickets or ability to showcase competency for VOCs.
• Ability to work to Project Specific rosters (2:1).
• FIFO/DIDO to projects located in Regional Western Australia (Accommodation, meals & travel supplied by RDH).
• White/Blue card (Construction Safety Induction).
• Satisfactory National Police Clearance (minimum requirement).
• Ability to complete full pre-employment medical and Drug & alcohol screening.
• A strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of civil plant on regional WA civil construction projects.
• Work to project rosters (typically 2:1) with FIFO/DIDO arrangements.
• Maintain safety standards and participate in pre-employment medicals and screenings.

Due to continued project wins, we're expanding our team and looking for experienced Multi-skilled Mobile Plant Operators with strong civil construction & bulk earthworks experience.
