Job summary

Essjay Contracting is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Civil Construction Operators for current and upcoming civil projects in Central Queensland. You will work across several machines and support the crew to complete jobs efficiently.

Ideal candidates will hold a current Australian Driver's Licence and Construction White Card, with demonstrable civil operation experience and a strong safety focus. FIFO or DIDO options and accommodation are on offer, with a stable roster and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience operating civil construction equipment across multiple machines.
• (eg. Rollers, Loaders, Moxy/ADTs, Watercarts, Excavators, Graders).
• Ability to work safely and follow site procedures.
• Willing to operate different machinery as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and switch between multiple civil construction machines as needed.
• Contribute to crew goals and project timelines.
• Maintain equipment and report faults as required.
• Follow site safety rules and procedures.

Multi-Skilled Civil Construction Operators – 14/7 Roster | FIFO/DIDO

Immediate Starts Available | Civil Construction Projects | Accommodation Supplied – works located in Central Queensland area

Essjay Contracting is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Civil Construction Operators to join our team for current and upcoming projects.

We are looking for practical, reliable operators who are genuinely multi-skilled and prepared to work across different machines and assist wherever required to get the job done. If you are looking for a role where you can use your full range of operating skills rather than sitting on one machine all swing, we want to hear from you.

Operators with experience across the following machinery are encouraged to apply:

• Rollers
• Loaders
• Moxy / Articulated Dump Trucks
• Moxy Watercarts
• HR Watercarts
• Excavators
• Graders

You do not need to hold tickets for every machine listed however multi-skilled operators with several current RII competencies will be highly regarded.

To be considered, you must have:

• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Current Construction White Card
• Demonstrated civil construction operating experience
• Strong commitment to safety and following site procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a crew
• A flexible attitude and willingness to operate different machinery or assist with other tasks as required
• Ability to pass relevant pre-employment and site requirements

HR or MC Driver's Licence will be highly regarded.
