Job summary

TBL REFRIGERATED TRANSPORT PTY LTD in Queensland is seeking an exceptional Medium Rigid (MR) Delivery Driver to join our temperature‑controlled dairy and FMCG network. You will start and finish at the depot, load your MR truck, and complete multiple customer deliveries on a single route.

This hands‑on role is physically demanding with early starts around 2:00 AM. Applicants should have MR licence, reliable work ethic and a commitment to safety and customer service; prior multi‑drop experience is

Qualifications

• Current MR Licence or higher.
• Previous FMCG, dairy, refrigerated or multi-drop delivery experience is advantageous.
• Reliable and punctual work ethic.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional customer-service attitude.
• Good understanding of safety and compliance.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain temperature and cold-chain requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an MR refrigerated vehicle.
• Load and organise your truck before departure.
• Complete scheduled multi-drop deliveries.
• Manually unload products using a trolley.
• Maintain cold-chain and temperature compliance.
• Follow food-handling and product-safety requirements.
• Complete accurate POD within required timeframes.
• Conduct daily vehicle and pre-start safety checks.
• Maintain a clean and presentable truck.
• Follow company and customer safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the transport team.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
