Job summary

Workfast in Hallam, VIC is seeking open space maintenance staff, mower operators and brush cutters to maintain parks and open spaces. The role is full-time with a casual-to-permanent pathway and includes a company vehicle during work hours.

Typical shift is Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with an immediate start. Applicants must have a Vic MR Driver's Licence, WWCC, experience with ride-on mowers and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol tests.

Qualifications

• Full working rights in Australia.
• Current Vic MR Driver's Licence.
• WWCC (Work with children check).
• Experience with ride on mowers.
• Clear Criminal History Police Check.
• Pre-employment Medical check.
• Drug and alcohol test required.
• Observe OH&S standards.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Great attitude, reliable and proactive personality.
• Experience with various environments.

Responsibilities

• Mowing and brush cutting.
• Tree planting.
• General maintenance.
• Travel to various locations.
• Assisting team where necessary.
• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding duties.
• Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
