Job summary

Programmed / PERSOLKELLY in Australia is seeking a capable warehouse professional to ensure safe and efficient freight handling in a fast-paced environment. The role requires an MR license to operate equipment and uphold safety standards across shifts.

You will manually sort freight, load parcels onto conveyors, pack and secure ULD cages, operate manual pallet jacks and use RF scanners to accurately track consignments.

Qualifications

• MR license required.

Job description

This role is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of freight within a fast-paced warehouse environment with MR license required.

Key duties include manually sorting freight, loading parcels onto conveyor systems, packing and securing ULD cages, operating manual pallet jacks, and utilizing RF scanners to accurately track and process consignments.

The role requires a strong commitment to workplace health and safety, the ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks and lift up to 20kg consistently, while remaining on your feet throughout the shift.

Candidates must demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to undertake physically demanding work. A current police check obtained within the last 12 months and the ability to successfully undergo drug and alcohol testing are required to ensure compliance with workplace and industry standards
