TRP Recruitment seeks an experienced MR Truck Driver / High Reach Forklift Operator for a busy dairy distribution operation in Greenacre, NSW. The role blends local deliveries with warehouse duties, requiring safe forklift operation and careful stock handling.

You will perform daily vehicle checks, manage stock and dispatch paperwork, and maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced team environment. Immediate start with potential permanent placement on offer.

Qualifications

• MR licence required.
• LF forklift licence required.
• Proven high reach forklift experience.
• Previous truck driving and local deliveries a must.
• Warehousing experience including picking/packing/dispatch.

Responsabilités

• Local deliveries across Sydney, with Wollongong roughly every 2–3 weeks.
• Safely load/unload using forklift or manual handling.
• Operate high reach forklift to move stock.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders.
• Assist with stock control and inventory records.
• Complete delivery paperwork and POD documentation.
• Conduct daily truck and forklift safety checks.
• Keep a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all WHS procedures.

MR Truck Driver / High Reach Forklift Operator

We are seeking an experienced and reliable MR Truck Driver / High Reach Forklift Operator to join a busy warehousing and distribution operation based in Greenacre.

This is a hands‑on, dual‑role position within the dairy distribution industry, combining local deliveries across Sydney with warehouse responsibilities. The successful candidate will be confident operating an MR truck and high reach forklift, with a strong understanding of warehouse safety, stock handling and dispatch procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete local deliveries to customers throughout the Sydney metropolitan area, with deliveries to Wollongong approximately every 2–3 weeks.
• Safely load and unload trucks using a forklift or manual handling techniques.
• Operate a high reach forklift to move, store and retrieve stock.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Assist with stock control and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Complete delivery paperwork and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
• Conduct daily truck and forklift safety checks.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

• Current MR driver's licence.
• Current LF forklift licence.
• Proven high reach forklift operating experience.
• Previous truck driving and delivery experience.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Previous warehousing experience, including picking, packing and dispatch.
• Knowledge of safe manual handling and warehouse safety procedures.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20kg when required.
• Comfortable with physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking and manual handling throughout the shift.
