Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple MR Drivers for ongoing temp-to-perm positions in Melbourne's Bayside and South East suburbs. You will perform multi-drop deliveries (10–14 per day) across the metropolitan area, load/unload freight, and maintain safety checks on a 38-hour base week with regular overtime.

Ideal candidates have an MR licence, experience in multi-drop deliveries, and a strong customer-service mindset. Immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current MR manual driver licence.
• Experience with multi drop deliveries preferred.
• Ability to perform manual handling and lifting.
• Good knowledge of Melbourne metropolitan roads.
• Strong work ethic with reliable time management.

Responsibilities

• Complete 10 to 14 multi drop deliveries per day across Melbourne metropolitan.
• Safely load and unload freight.
• Secure loads and operate pallet jacks and delivery equipment where required.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks.
• Provide professional customer service at delivery locations.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

About the Role

Dynamic Staffing Solutions is currently seeking multiple experienced MR Drivers to join well-established transport and logistics businesses located throughout Melbourne's Bayside and South East suburbs.

These are ongoing Temp to Perm opportunities offering stable full-time hours, regular overtime and the opportunity to secure permanent employment after a successful probation period.

You will be responsible for completing multi drop deliveries throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area, averaging 10 to 14 deliveries per day. These positions require a strong work ethic, excellent customer service and a hands-on approach to loading and unloading freight.
