Job summary

AMX Superstores in Victoria invites an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our fast paced team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across a busy 7-day operation.

You will drive store KPIs, manage rostering, train staff, develop merchandising, maintain stock integrity and lead by example in a community-focused environment. Reporting to the area manager, you will grow sales, control wages, and foster a safe, energetic workplace that embodies AMX values.
