You will work closely with the body shop team to ensure quality, safety, and timely repairs, leveraging your 3+ years of experience and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle paint systems and colour matching.

• Formal trade qualification as a Spray Painter with 3+ years in automotive industry.

Rossys Smash Repairs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join our team in Riverstone NSW.

As a fulltime Spray Painter, you will play a crucial role in the repair of damaged vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets industry standards.

What you'll be doing

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking and priming

Mix and apply paint coatings, including basecoats, clearcoats and specialty finishes

Blend and match paint colours to achieve a seamless and consistent finish

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols

Provide input and collaborate with the wider team to optimise workflow and quality

What we're looking for

Formal trade qualification as a qualified Spray Painter, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the automotive industry

Extensive knowledge of vehicle paint systems, including the latest materials and techniques

Excellent colour matching and blending skills

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality results

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
