Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Brisbane, part of LSH Auto Australia, is hiring motor mechanics/automotive technicians to join their team in Newstead, Queensland. This permanent, full-time role covers general service work and diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic faults.

You will ensure quality repair standards, access and record spare parts, and keep work areas clean. Candidates should have a Certificate IV in Automotive Technology or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience, with a keen eye

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Automotive Technology or equivalent trade qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant automotive experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• General and scheduled service work.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults in vehicle systems.
• Quality control and preliminary diagnostic inspection (PDI) of vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles meet quality repair standards.
• Access and record spare parts as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
