Qualifications

• Mandatory Cert III in panel beating or spray painting with 5+ years’ post-trade experience.
• Proven skill in producing accurate vehicle repair estimates and delivering exceptional service.
• Sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a customer-first mindset.
• A genuine passion for cars, from classics to contemporary & performance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assess and value vehicles with the precision of a true craftsman.
• Prepare accurate estimates, negotiate cost‑effective, safe solutions, and keep quality in pole position.
