Job summary

MSS Security is recruiting Security Officers for the 2026 MotoGP at Phillip Island. You will join the event team to help ensure safety, security and a memorable fan experience. Applicants with prior MotoGP experience are encouraged to apply.

Position requires a Victorian Security Licence with crowd control endorsement, Certificate II in Security Operations or higher, First Aid & CPR, and full Australian working rights. Weekend shifts during 17–26 October are expected.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Victorian Security Licence with crowd control endorsement.
• Certificate II in Security Operations or higher; First Aid & CPR.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work in a team and stay calm under pressure.
• Full Australian working rights; availability for weekends during the MotoGP period (Oct 17–26).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and event assistance.
• Manage access control and credential checks.
• Conduct bag inspections and security screening.
• Monitor spectator areas and respond to incidents.
• Coordinate with event organisers and emergency services.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence throughout the event.
