Lending Association in Alexandria, Australia, is seeking a Broker Assistant (end to end) to support Lending Advisors across the mortgage journey for residential and commercial loans. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance and customer service excellence in a fast-paced brokerage.

The successful candidate will prepare submissions, verify documents, and manage applications through all stages, while maintaining CRM integrity and collaborating with the LA Group.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years end-to-end mortgage processing experience is required.
• Experience in banking and finance, with residential and commercial lending is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Australian banking industry, housing market and regulatory environment is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package high-quality loan submissions for Residential and Commercial applications.
• Adhere to regulatory, NCCP and BID obligations.
• Deliver optimal client outcomes across the full customer journey from lead to settlement.
• Verify financial positions and supporting documentation (PAYG and self‑employed income).
• Review and verify loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage loan applications through all stages, including lender follow-up and settlements.
• Maintain CRM data and filing processes with accuracy.
• Liaise with lenders, valuers and clients.
• Collaborate with the LA Group and broader team.
