Job summary

Seven Media Group is seeking a dynamic Triple M Breakfast Announcer for Coffs Harbour. You will own and shape a local, entertaining breakfast show, bringing energy, opinions and personality to the airwaves while actively engaging with the community across events, digital platforms and social media.

You’ll work with the Content Director to refine the station’s sound and audience strategy, ensuring the show stays relevant, local and unmistakably Triple M for listeners each morning.

Qualifications

• Experience as a radio announcer, preferably hosting a live breakfast show.
• Strong on-air personality with authentic audience connection.
• Proven ability to develop compelling content ideas and promotions.
• Willingness to get out from behind the mic and engage with the community.

Responsibilities

• Host a live Triple M breakfast show, delivering entertaining and relevant content.
• Develop daily and longer-term content arcs and promotions to grow audience.
• Identify local stories and conversations that make great radio.
• Represent Triple M in the community and on events and activations.
• Plan content with the Content Director and broader team and turn initiatives into on-air material.
• Create digital and social content to extend the show beyond radio.
• Stay across current affairs, sport, entertainment, and pop culture relevant to the audience.
