Job summary

Jobwire is seeking an experienced Warehouse All-Rounder / Forklift Operator for their Arndell Park site. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage and preparation of building materials, with emphasis on forklift operation and accurate stock handling.

The role requires a current HR forklift licence and proven counterbalance and high-reach forklift experience, plus previous warehouse work.

Qualifications

Current HR forklift licence.
Proven counterbalance forklift experience.
Proven high-reach forklift experience.
Previous warehouse experience.
Experience in picking and packing.
Experience handling building materials or similar products.
Ability and confidence to manually move sheets weighing up to 60kg.
Good physical fitness and manual handling ability.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
A positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
Loading and unloading trucks.
Moving and storing building materials throughout the warehouse.
Picking and packing orders.
Receiving and dispatching stock.
Manually moving and handling sheets and other building materials, including items up to 60kg.
Stock movements and general warehouse duties.
Preparing orders for delivery.
Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised.
Following all workplace health and safety procedures.
Assisting with other warehouse tasks as required.
