Job summary

Duncon Homes is seeking an experienced Estimator / Procurement Manager for our Sunshine Coast operations. This role combines detailed take-offs, budgeting, procurement, and delivery coordination across high-end modular homes.

You will work closely with manufacturing and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery, manage Buildertrend workflows, and drive cost efficiency across multiple projects. A proactive, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction estimating and detailed take-offs.
• Proven procurement and supplier-management capabilities.
• Ability to develop and manage project schedules and cost controls.
• Experience with Buildertrend is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction estimates and material take-offs from project documents.
• Develop and maintain accurate project budgets and costings.
• Obtain, review and assess supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Manage procurement and ordering of materials to meet schedules.
• Create and manage complete project schedules across manufacturing and construction.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure progress aligns with program.
