Job summary

Capture Recruitment is seeking skilled carpenters, cabinet makers, joiners, shopfitters or qualified individuals for prefabrication and factory-based roles at our Laverton site. These casual to permanent positions offer full-time hours on commencement with day and afternoon shifts Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidates will have experience with hand and power tools, be able to read basic plans, meet production deadlines, and work reliably in a team while maintaining strong safety standards and OHS

Our client, the leader in Australia's multi-unit urban development and construction sector, is seeking skilled and motivated individuals with experience across prefabrication, carpentry, joinery, fit-outs, and factory-based workshop roles.

These hands-on roles are ideal for qualified or non-trade qualified carpenters, cabinet makers, shopfitters, or individuals with strong construction backgrounds who are looking for stable, manufacturing work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Based at their modern Laverton site, these are casual to permanent opportunities with full time hours available on commencement. These are day and afternoon shift opportunities (Monday-Friday) 7:00am- 3:21pm & 3pm - 11.20pm where a strong work ethic, reliability and a team work will see you rewarded with ongoing work, and the potential for permanency.

Key Requirements

• Carpentry, joinery, or related trade and non-trade experience highly regarded
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Confident interpreting basic plans, shop drawings, or blueprints
• Proven ability to meet production deadlines
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Commitment to full-time work
• Strong awareness of workplace safety and compliance with OHS standards
