What You'll Do:
+ Deliver clear, concise, and professional customer communications as the primary first point of contact.
+ Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings to customers and internally.
+ Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoint, identity, email, and cloud environments.
+ Conduct tactical analysis of EDR telemetry, log sources, and forensic artifacts to identify the scope of compromise and support remediation efforts.
+ Develop and improve processes for incident detection and the execution of countermeasures.
What You'll Need:
+ Graduate Program Eligibility: This program is designed for candidates in the early stages of their careers-up to two years after graduating from a relevant tertiary education degree (2024), with a minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree.
+ 0-2 years of cyber security related experience
+ Fundamental understanding of information security
+ Fundamental understanding of operating system
+ Fundamental understanding of network communications
+ Desire to grow and expand technical and business skills
+ Graduated no later than 30 Jan 2026
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field.
