Job summary
Quality People in Canberra is seeking a Systems Engineer - Capability for an 8+ month contract to support critical national capability projects. You will perform operational analysis, modelling and simulation, and performance assessments to inform evidence-based decision-making.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields, demonstrated experience in modelling and simulation, and NV2 security clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in Modelling and Simulation, Operational Analysis, or Systems Engineering environments.
- Proficiency in systems engineering principles, capability assessment methodologies, and simulation-based analysis.
- Develop and maintain simulation requirements, create operational scenarios, and conduct threat and engagement simulations to assess capability effectiveness.
