Ageing Australia is a leading mobile speech pathology practice in Melbourne, seeking a Mobile Speech Pathologist to join a team of over 20 clinicians. Work across homes, schools, aged care, and community programs within a 30-minute radius, with a strong mentoring culture and ongoing professional development opportunities.

The role offers a varied caseload, supportive supervision, and dedicated opportunities to support Indigenous communities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA membership.
• Drivers license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobile speech pathology services across homes, schools, aged care, and day programs.
• Manage a diverse caseload across age groups with emphasis on NDIS and community referrals.

• Team of 20 specialised speech pathologists to learn from and grow with
• Additional Benefits $1000 external PD allowance + monthly internal Think Tanks
• Diverse caseload across age groups | Home, school, aged care, day programs, Service clients within Melbourne's western suburbs in a 30 minute radius from your home
• Mobile therapy: homes, workplaces, schools, aged care, and day programs
• Mixed-age caseload (children to older adults), predominantly NDIS with some private and aged care referrals
• Caseloads are tailored where possible to your clinical strengths and preferences
• Structured shadowing, supervision, and check-ins from experienced senior clinicians
• Option to work two days/month supporting the Indigenous community (with overnight support)

• Regular supervision and peer support tailored to your clinical needs
• Structured shadowing and mentoring with experienced clinicians
