Job summary

gforce employment + recruitment is seeking an Installer Labourer for a full-time temporary position in Melbourne. You will install and dismantle portable shelters, canopies and site sheds, travel to various client sites, and support site setup and pack-down with a focus on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have hands-on construction experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to read plans where possible. A current driver’s license and a safety-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or site installation.
• Ability to read plans is desirable.
• Strong safety and quality workmanship.
• Current driver license and clean record.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and dismantle portable shelters, canopies and site sheds.
• Travel to client sites and assist with site setup and pack-down.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs and quality checks on equipment.
• Complete job documentation and communicate with clients and team.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
