Job summary

HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. is seeking a Mobile Community Physiotherapist to service the South Brisbane community. You will provide in-home physiotherapy assessments and interventions across MSK, orthopaedic, HCP, and NDIS spheres within a multidisciplinary team.

This role offers 24–38 hours per week with a salary up to AUD 120,000 per year, plus travel allowance, a company car if needed, and professional development opportunities. Registration with AHPRA and a valid WWCC are required.

Qualifications

• Full Registration with AHPRA.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• Vaccination in line with government mandates.
• Have your own car and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physiotherapy assessments and interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and review care plans.
• Document treatments and maintain clinical notes per company guidelines.
• Deliver manual handling and education training for carers and family members.
• Engage with participants and families to build strong relationships.
