Job summary

Hello HealthCare is seeking a Mobile Physiotherapist to join our community-based care team in Sydney’s North West to South regions. You’ll deliver 1:1 physiotherapy to clients funded through SAH and NDIS, with a focus on exercise-based, functional outcomes and independence.

As part of a supportive team, you’ll assess needs, prescribe equipment, create evidence-based plans, and work with families and coordinators to achieve meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration are required.
• Driver's licence and reliable car.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• First Aid and COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 mobile physiotherapy services to clients funded through SAH and NDIS.
• Assess neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and functional needs.
• Prescribe mobility and functional equipment.
• Create evidence-based, person-centred treatment plans.
• Implement exercise programs and review progress.
• Document clearly and timely.
• Collaborate with clients, families and care coordinators to optimise outcomes.
