Job summary

Hub and Spoke Health provides a mobile, home-based physiotherapy role in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. You will service privately funded patients, NDIS participants, Post Acute Care and Support at Home clients in their own homes.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years’ physio experience, with aged care or home-based care helpful. We offer supportive admin, flexible work days, and resources to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration (we cannot hire limited registration).
• Full Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Flu vaccination or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to get one.
• Valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile physiotherapy in homes for privately funded, NDIS, Post Acute and Support at Home clients.
• Manage post-surgical rehab, aged care, disability support, and chronic condition management.
• Work primarily in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne with flexible days.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy.
