Job summary

Ready Steady Rehab in Melbourne is seeking a mobile physiotherapist for a contractor role to deliver high-quality care in clients’ homes across Melbourne. You will work with a supportive team and have the autonomy to plan your day while building relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience as a physiotherapist, unlimited AHPRA registration, ABN, vehicle, and valid insurances, and is comfortable working independently with diverse client groups in home environments.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years experience working as a Physiotherapist
• Unlimited AHPRA registration with no practice conditions
• Own ABN, car, professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• Fully vaccinated with 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccine
• Current police check / NDIS screen (or willingness to apply)
• Passionate and experienced rehab professional
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Ability to manage, support and grow our client base
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong patience and empathy

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care to patients with tailored treatment plans
• Develop personalized exercise programs to improve strength, mobility, and balance
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Complete clear, accurate, and timely documentation of assessments and progress
• Monitor and reassess treatments and adjust as needed
