MOBILE PATROL SECURITY OFFICERS - KATHERINE, NORTHERN TERRITORY

Wilson Security present an exciting opportunity to join our local security workforce by applying for a position as a Security Officer, in Katherine, NT.

We are seeking multiple experienced Mobile Patrol Security Officers to work in our various Katherine contracts. You MUST be available and flexible to work day and night shifts.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Location : Katherine, Northern Territory
• Full Time Positions
• Level 5
• Hourly rate + Night shift allowance
• Potential earnings up to $ (*Potential earnings up to $ p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)

Wilson Security is expanding in the Northern Territory, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the whole of NT. This growth has created new roles within our Katherine, NT team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in a response role with a reputable organisation on a full time basis in our Mobile Patrols portfolio.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• 2 plus years experience within the Security Services industry
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Be flexible to work across a rotating roster, 7-day week, 365 days a year (24 / 7, day and night shifts)
• Previous experience in similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Highly safety and security focused, with the ability to think on the go
• A strong Customer Service focus
• Respond to incidents in a calm and confident manner
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Exceptional reporting skills
• A high level of personal presentation and conduct
• The ability to work in a team
• The ability to comply with all policies and procedures

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experienced guards with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Current and valid NT Security licence
• Current and valid NT Driver's licence
• Must hold current valid First Aid and CPR
• Ability to walk and stand and sit for long periods of time
• Excellent and proven Computer and Administration Skills
• Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia
• Commitment to work day and night shifts, as well as weekend and public holiday shifts
