You'll report logs, handle requests, and contribute to road safety and equity. The position requires independence, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication in an outdoor, 7-day roster setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or enforcement is preferred
• Ability to explain road rules to residents and visitors
• Good written/documentation skills for logs and records
• A current driver’s licence is preferred depending on location

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas to monitor parking compliance
• Issue infringement notices per Victorian road rules and council regulations
• Explain road rules to residents and visitors
