Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking Occupational Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the autonomy of a mobile caseload and genuine flexibility in their workweek.

You’ll manage your own caseload across home, school, workplace and community settings, conduct functional assessments and develop personalised, evidence-based therapy plans while recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an OT.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Passion for working in the disability sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Conduct functional and standardised assessments.
• Develop personalised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Recommend Assistive Technology and environmental modifications.
• Support participants to build independence and improve quality of life.
