Milestone Health and Performance seeks a Mobile Exercise Physiologist to deliver targeted exercise programs through home visits in the eastern suburbs. Initially 1–3 days per week with potential to move to full-time, serving clients over 65 under SAH and NDIS.

The role emphasizes improving ADLs, reducing falls risk, and enabling independence at home. Requires ESSA registration, police check, vaccination, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
• Police Check.
• Registration with ESSA.
• Up to date COVID and flu vaccination as per aged care working requirements.
• First Aid & CPR.
• WWCC.
• Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Drivers Licence and own car.
• Experience with exercise prescription.
• Laptop.

Responsabilidades

• Perform home visits for SAH and NDIS clients.
• Prescribe and monitor exercise programs.
• Assess falls risk and mobility and track progress.
• Collaborate with team and provide mentoring/education.
