Silverchain is seeking experienced Domestic Assistants for a permanent part-time role across Landsdale and surrounds (WA). You’ll support clients with domestic tasks, meals and social activities, travelling between homes on a digital schedule via a mobile app.

Applicants must have 3–6 months cleaning experience, hold a valid driver's license with access to a registered vehicle, and be capable of working autonomously in the community. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience.
• A valid Drivers’ License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition.
• Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide high‑quality support that promotes client independence.
• Deliver domestic assistance and general housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare meals and support clients with basic nutrition needs.
• Provide social support and assist clients to remain engaged in their community.
• Follow a predetermined schedule while travelling between clients’ homes.
• Use a mobile app to access and follow digital schedules and care plans independently.
• Maintain unrestricted access to a reliable vehicle for travel between visits.
