• Professional clinical assessment and treatment planning.
• Home-based physiotherapy delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
• Develop personalised treatment and rehabilitation programs.
• Deliver one-on-one, exercise-based physiotherapy and progress exercises.
• Monitor mobility, balance and functional capacity; document progress.
• Collaborate with other health professionals and support networks.
• Manage caseload and maintain high clinical standards.
