Job summary

HealthcareLink Support is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for mobile community and clinic-based work in Bertram, Mandurah, and the Rockingham region. You will deliver person-centred supports across a range of disability needs in partnership with families and support networks.

Clinics are located in Bertram and Mandurah, with caseload balanced by residence. You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team including other allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science (OT) or approved equivalent.
• AHPRA registration.
• Working with children check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred supports across Bertram, Rockingham and South Metro regions.
• Collaborate with families, support networks and an inter-disciplinary team to address disability needs from short-term to long-term.
• Work across Bertram and Mandurah clinics and balance caseload based on residence and location.
