Job summary

National Mobile Camps Operations seeks an experienced Maintenance & Refurbishment Technician to join the Condamine-based team. You will service, repair and refurbish mobile camp units, trailers and related equipment to ensure safety and operability.

The role requires hands-on skills, attention to detail and adherence to WHS practices, with duties spanning both workshop and field operations across remote assets.

Qualifications

• Caravan/RV repair experience essential.
• Fabrication, fitting, assembly and general maintenance skills.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Commitment to safe work practices and WHS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document returned camp assets.
• Prepare camp packages, trailers and site offices for deployment.
• Complete repairs, servicing and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Build, assemble, repair and refurbish trailers, camp units and equipment.
• Install panels, fixtures, interiors and finishing components.
• Interpret drawings and operate workshop equipment safely.
• Diagnose and repair faults across electrical, plumbing, chassis and running gear.
