Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Mobile Banker in Townsville, Australia, to lead residential lending and financial solutions for customers. You will manage the end-to-end journey from initial contact to settlement, leveraging your local network to drive new business and advocate for customers.

You will operate with autonomy, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, while benefiting from a market-leading referral program and a forward-looking digital transformation at BOQ Group.

An exciting opportunity exists to join BOQ Group's team as a Mobile Banker, where you'll be the face of personal home lending and financial solutions for BOQ.

You'll support the delivery of the Groups Business Plan by turning leads into great customer outcomes, growing your portfolio, and exceeding acquisition targets.

This role is designed to support those who can hit the ground running with an already established pipeline of community connections, leveraging your network to drive growth and customer advocacy.

You'll manage the full customer journey-from initial appointment to settlement and beyond - while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

With autonomy to manage your schedule and flexibility to meet customers where they are, you'll be empowered to make a real impact.

You're an experienced lender with a strong background in residential lending, already embedded in your local community and ready to bring your pipeline of leads from day one.
