Job summary

Randstad in Australia seeks an experienced Home Lender/Mobile Banker to generate residential lending deals via self-sourcing and referrals. You will manage relationships across Tasmania with flexibility and a broad product suite from established brands.

You will leverage networks, assess credit, structure loans, and navigate regulatory requirements in a target-driven, autonomous role. Immediate opportunities with flexible onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an experienced Home Lender, Mobile Banker, or Mortgage/Finance Broker.
• Strong networking capabilities and confidence in self-sourcing residential loan pipeline.
• Comprehensive knowledge of credit assessment, loan structuring, and regulatory requirements.
• Autonomous self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
