Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice, Multicultural NSW, seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to drive technology solutions across the organisation. You will translate business needs into practical solutions, improve systems and processes, support project delivery, and help ensure investments deliver value and long-term outcomes.

You will partner with stakeholders, analyse and document requirements, lead analysis activities, and manage supplier relationships.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualification or equivalent experience with strong knowledge of business analysis, systems development, and technology integration.
  • Senior-level experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions and delivering projects, system improvements and business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, testing, implementation and change activities while managing suppliers and service providers.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and documentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Employment type – Temporary full-time up to 12 months with possibility of extension
  • Salary – $133,348 pa - $146,945 pa plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in driving technology solutions that improve business outcomes across Multicultural NSW. Working across the organisation, you will translate business needs into practical solutions, improve systems and processes, support project delivery, and help ensure technology investments deliver both immediate value and long-term strategic outcomes.
