Job summary

CuspAI is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and operate our ML infrastructure platform. You will architect systems enabling researchers to train and deploy models at scale, and own the end-to-end ML lifecycle from cloud architecture to deployment pipelines.

You will collaborate with ML researchers, chemists and software engineers to optimize infrastructure, improve reliability, and deliver scalable, cost-efficient solutions across multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining ML infrastructure platforms.
• Strong Python and/or Go programming for infra automation, not just scripting.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes, multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, neoclouds).
• Proven IaC experience using Terraform, Helm, Kapitan and GitOps workflows.
• Experience operating distributed ML platforms (JAX, PyTorch).
• GPU infrastructure management and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a cloud-native ML infra platform on Kubernetes.
• Own the MLOps stack: CI/CD, model registries, experiment tracking, deployment automation.
