Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Specialist in Sydney to act as the tactical interface with military operators and planners. You will train, plan missions, and feed field insights back to engineering.
Travel up to 50% across Australia, working embedded with customers to ensure capabilities are employed effectively. You will shape procedures, support training delivery, and maintain strong peer relationships with operators and planners.
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
We are looking for a Mission Operations Specialist to serve as Anduril’s tactical-level interface with the military operators and planners who will employ our autonomous maritime systems. This is the person the customer works with day-to-day - embedded in their environment, speaking their language, and ensuring our capability is employed effectively.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be working alongside the customer, deployed on exercises, delivering training, supporting mission planning, and feeding operational reality back into engineering. You’ll help shape how the capability is used, how operators are trained, and how lessons from the field make it back to the people building the system.
This position is available in Sydney, Australia. While based in Sydney, this role requires regular travel, up to 50% of the time, to customer sites, exercises, and operations across Australia.
