CRU is seeking a dedicated Ministry Coordinator to plan and deliver competency-based ministry training, support student progress and mentor emerging leaders. The role includes active involvement in camps and pastoral care alongside a committed CRU team.

You will contribute to equipping young leaders for lifelong service, while maintaining an engaging ministry program within a faith-based context. Applicants should align with CRU’s beliefs and values.

Qualifications

• A mature and consistent Christian faith with active involvement in a Christian church committed to sound biblical teaching.
• Experience in camping as an environment for evangelism, pastoral care and leadership development.
• Experience mentoring staff or volunteers and providing pastoral care or counselling in a ministry context.
• Qualifications in ministry, theology, training and assessment, education or related field.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver competency-based ministry training for students and leaders.
• Support student progress and mentor emerging leaders across CRU programs.
• Lead or participate in camps and camp-related ministry activities.
• Balance administrative duties with frontline ministry and pastoral care responsibilities.
