Qualifications

• Between 1-5 years’ PQE gained within a reputable litigation team
• Experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, regulatory investigations, or related areas
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively on complex matters
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A commercial mindset with a strong focus on achieving practical outcomes for clients

We are seeking a talented and commercially minded Lawyer or Associate (between 1-5 years’ PQE) to join our Brisbane Mining & Resources team specialising in commercial litigation and primarily working alongside Rachel Hendrie.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to work on complex, high‑profile litigation across a diverse range of industries.

You day will consist of the following:
