We have a newly created opportunity for a Mining Projects Sales Manager—a driven, commercially minded operator who’s tired of red tape, thrives on results, with the energy to take on the Market Leaders—where every win matters!

The Role

Based in Perth, WA, this national role places you at the heart of major mining projects across the country.
You’ll bridge engineering precision with commercial execution, leading the charge on flow‑control solutions that keep Australia’s biggest operations moving.

You will:

  • Own national project sales across valves, fittings, pipes, and controls.
  • Build, influence, and lead relationships with Tier 1 mining clients and EPC partners.
  • Design and deliver technical proposals in collaboration with expert engineering teams.
  • Negotiate at senior and C‑level, winning high‑value contracts through trust, insight, and unparalleled performance.
  • Work in a team with no KPIs, zero micromanagement, and complete trust and freedom to win your way.
