Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven leadership in mining/heavy industry with frontline team management.
- Experience delivering preventative maintenance and CMMS oversight.
- Strong risk assessment, hazard identification and safety inspections.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical Engineering degree and MEM accountabilities readiness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Reliability and Improvement team on site.
- Lead engineers to deliver high-level maintenance support on site.
- Provide leadership and strategy to capex programs.
- Support installations, modifications and upgrades per site protocols.
- Monitor and uphold engineering standards at the site.
- Review onsite maintenance systems and processes.
