Whitehaven Coal is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The role operates on a Lifestyle Roster Day / Night, focusing on strengthening maintenance execution and providing consistent operational support while developing the supervisory team.

You will drive safe, efficient maintenance across both planned and breakdown activities, ensure consistency across crews, and collaborate with the Superintendent to improve planning, standardise processes, and contribute to ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance supervisory or leadership role within mining or heavy industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor, coach, and develop supervisors.
• Experience managing both planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Sound knowledge of maintenance planning and work management systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
• Commitment to safety and building a high-performing team culture.

• Operate on Lifestyle Roster Day / Night.
• This leadership role focuses on strengthening maintenance execution
