Job summary

Whitehaven Coal Limited is launching its 2027 Commercial Graduate Program in New South Wales. The two-year rotation program offers hands-on experience across contracts, procurement, finance and business performance within a leading Australian resources company.

You'll rotate across operations in the Gunnedah, Narrabri, Blackwater, Moranbah regions and our Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane offices, working with site hosts to build commercial skills and contribute to value, cost control and long-term

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across key commercial functions including contracts, procurement, finance and business performance.
• Assist with cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to support business decisions.
• Analyze data to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Develop skills in commercial systems, processes and reporting tools while building stakeholder relationships.
