AngloGold Ashanti Australia is seeking an Open Pit Mine Surveyor to join the Sunrise Dam surveying team on a permanent 8/6 roster, with flights to Perth and Kalgoorlie. You will coordinate surface survey data to support production and planning, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a mine surveying degree or diploma and 2+ years in open pit mining, with strong Deswik/MDM skills and a readiness to collaborate across sites and contractors.

We are currently seeking an Open Pit Mine Surveyor with strong technical capability to join our Surveying team at Sunrise Dam.
This is a permanent position operating on an 8/6 roster, with flights provided to Perth and/or Kalgoorlie.
Reporting to the Superintendent: Mine Surveying, the role is responsible for coordinating and delivering all surface survey data and services required to support the operation. This includes ensuring surveying activities are carried out safely, accurately, and within required timeframes to support production and planning outcomes.
This opportunity is well suited to professionals who are technically strong, safety-focused, and experienced in open pit mining environments.
