Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking energetic seasonal staff for our Penrith stores in New South Wales. Full availability is required from October 2026 to January 2027, with weekend shifts and late trading hours included.

We are looking for exceptional talent to join our Country Road stores over the festive season.

We are looking for a flexible approach to working hours (weekends shifts and late nights included) and full availability throughout October 2026 to January 2027 is required for this role.

How You Will Contribute

• Our customers are at the heart of everything we do - always put them first by building genuine connections, styling with intent, sharing expert product knowledge and delivering a seamless experience
• Utilise tools available to keep yourself up to date with the latest products so you can share that knowledge with your customer
• Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention
• Ensure visual merchandising is maintained and the store is visually presented in accordance to brand standards
• Live and role model the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results.
