Griffith University in Logan is seeking a Lecturer (Level B) in Midwifery to join the School of Nursing and Midwifery. This teaching-focused role requires you to undertake teaching, course coordination and curriculum development, with potential supervision of honours and research higher degree students.

The position is full-time, with the possibility of part-time arrangements, and may involve work across Griffith locations.

Qualifications

• Registration with Ahpra as a registered midwife.
• Masters qualification in midwifery (or equivalent).
• Teaching experience in the tertiary sector.
• Ahpra endorsement for scheduled medication for midwives is highly desirable.
• Desirable completion of or enrolment in a doctoral level program in midwifery or relevant field.

Responsabilités

• Teach, coordinate courses and develop curriculum.
• Undertake some learning and teaching research.
• Supervision of honours and HDR students possible if eligible.
