Job summary

Avanade Inc. is seeking an experienced Digital Identity Specialist to help clients solve complex challenges. You will work in a client-facing consulting role, focusing on Microsoft Digital Identity capabilities, Entra ID, and other leading vendors.

You’ll join a security practice serving Avanade and Accenture clients across enterprise scales. In this role, you will design IAM solutions, participate in workshops, and develop roadmaps to uplift access control systems.

Qualifications

• Experienced Digital Identity Specialist with client-facing consulting background.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise identity and access management.
• Proficiency with Entra ID and modern auth protocols (OAuth2.0, SAML, OIDC).

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise IAM solutions using Entra ID with focus on security/efficiency.
• Develop identity architecture roadmaps aligned to growth and security.
• Utilise Entra ID to create control policies and authorization frameworks.
• Participate in client workshops translating requirements into architectures.
• Design/deploy authentication solutions leveraging OAuth2.0, SAML, and OIDC.
• Create target-state IAM architectures and high/low-level designs.
• Communicate with stakeholders and work in Agile teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign enterprise identity and access management solutions using Entra ID with a focus on security and efficiency.Develop comprehensive identity architecture roadmaps to uplift and modernize access control systems across the organization, aligning with business growth and security requirements.Utilise Entra ID capabilities to develop control policies and authorisation frameworks in accordance with the principles of least privilege and zero trust.Participate in client workshops and discovery sessions, translating business, technical, and compliance requirements into value-driven architectures.Design and deploy advanced authentication solutions leveraging OAuth2.0, SAML, and OIDC protocols.Develop Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions utilizing Entra External ID capabilities.Create target-state architectures, roadmaps, and high-level/low-level designs.Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Work within agile methodologies, contributing to backlog items and continuous improvement.
