Job summary

Showtime Consulting Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a Microsegmentation Technical Expert to lead security-driven network segmentation and Zero Trust initiatives within a large enterprise. You will design, implement, and optimize microsegmentation strategies across on‑prem and cloud environments, delivering POCs and architecture artefacts with clear design documentation.

Role requires hands‑on experience with Illumio, Cisco Secure Workload or ColorTokens, strong networking knowledge, and a track record

Qualifications

5+ years in network/security engineering or Zero Trust environments.
Hands-on with Illumio, Cisco Secure Workload or ColorTokens.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust and enterprise networking.

Responsibilities

Support the design, Proof of Concept (POC) development and implementation of enterprise microsegmentation solutions.
Develop segmentation strategies aligned with Zero Trust and secure-by-design principles.
Design and implement security policies across applications, workloads and infrastructure environments.
Produce architecture diagrams, high/low level design docs (HLD/LLD).
Define trust boundaries, security zones, traffic flows and segmentation requirements.
Integrate segmentation platforms with firewalls, identity services and SIEM tooling.
Troubleshoot connectivity, routing and policy enforcement issues.
