Specialist Steel Pty Ltd – Taren Point NSW is seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Taren Point, NSW. This full-time role involves fabricating structural and architectural steel components for a range of Sydney construction projects, in-house and on-site.

You will read and interpret technical drawings, perform welding and cutting, operate grinders and cranes, and maintain a clean, safe workshop. White Card and a valid MR license with rigging are preferred.

Formación

• Previous experience and qualifications in Metal Fabrication, Boilermaking, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in structural and architectural metal fabrication, including welding, cutting, and assembling metal components. Aluminium / Stainless welding an advantage but not essential
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in the use of power tools, machinery, and equipment used in metal fabrication.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and unsupervised.
• White Card essential (or willing to obtain)
• Current Driver's License, own UTE and power tools essential
• MR Licence and Rigging tickets (preferred)
